Questions and queries about receiving poem orders!
My poem hasn't arrived in the mail - what do I do?
Please email me (olivia@oliviapoetess.com) to let me know if your poem has not arrived in the mail. If your poem was shipped internationally, I will have a tracking number to check the status of the shipment. Currently, I am mailing all poems by hand, at the post office, so I do not have an automated system to send you your tracking number.
If your poem is lost in the mail, I will re-type your poem and mail it again free of charge.
Can I get a refund?
If you accidentally placed an order, yes I can send you a refund. If your poem is late to arrive or there is an issue with shipping, unfortunately it is out of my control, so I cannot send a refund. However I'll do my best to make sure you eventually receive your poem.
